IBS is a complex and difficult condition to manage. It is long understood to be the final diagnosis after tests for more life-threatening conditions. Managing it appears to be simply a matter of discipline and care. However, it wouldn't be IBS if it wash't full of surprises and illogical events. Therefore, having been repeatedly diagnosed with this condition from various doctors in different countries, I have decided to tackle the problem visually. Hopefully, through the discipline of documenting the "events" (without too much detail), I can begin to manage the problem.
